Juneteenth Second Annual Film Festival

The Juneteenth Committee Lakeland will host the 32nd Annual Observance beginning Friday, June 14 and throughout Saturday, June 15, culminating with its' second Florida Arts and Film Festival in Lakeland in July 2024. This highly anticipated event commemorates Juneteenth, a significant milestone in African American history, marking the 159 years of emancipation of enslaved African Americans in the United States. Film makers can submit their films via Film Freeway.
